Location Updates

06/30/23 - A little more progress was made this last week. The bar wall had some supports added and was anchored to its final spot. It was also attached to the demising wall, so they put up a single piece of sheetrock behind it. This will eliminate the need to go around it later.

Since our last update, we finalized our partnership with Advanced Communications Services. We are feeling really good about the work they will be doing for us in the coming weeks. They will be handling the install of all the security cameras, sound system, and other miscellaneous low voltage items. We are looking forward to getting them onsite to begin work.

06/16/23 - Some more progress was made this last week.  The bar wall is starting to take shape but has yet to be anchored to the floor in its final spot.  They also cut the concrete and dug trenches for the plumbing.  Last thing we noticed was the new lower ceiling grid that will be in the bathrooms and storage closet.

Hoping to finalize the partnership with our low voltage contractor early next week.  They will be taking care of the installation of our security cameras, sound system, etc. Looking forward to getting this piece done.

06/12/23 - Made it up to Advanced Electric Signs today to check out our new interior signs.  They did such a great job on these. We are very pleased with how they turned out.  Dimmer switches are on back order so those will be installed here in a few weeks. Hard to tell from the pictures but they light up pretty bright.  They had some big roll up doors open in the shop so it was letting a lot of sunlight in.  Cannot wait to see these hanging on our walls!

06/09/23 - Quite a bit of progress was made this last week.  It looks like the floor crew finished the initial cleaning up of the concrete. They also got the cracks patched up.  These floors are going to look great once that final polish goes on.

Framing for the walls were completed and you can now start to see the rooms take shape.  A few of the areas are looking bigger than we were originally anticipating.  Not a bad thing.  Things are starting to pick up speed.

Our interior signs were finished this week. We hope to go over to the shop on Monday and get a look and maybe a few pictures. Stay tuned..

06/02/23 - The flooring crew was in this week working on grinding and cleaning up the concrete.  We are going with a polished concrete finish and this is just the first phase. Getting rid of the glue and gunk that was under the old flooring.  So far it's looking 100% better but what a dusty mess.  Those large vacuums are pretty cool.  I can only imagine what it would be like if they didn't have those running.
