Location Updates

10/27/23 - The initial inspection for the electrical boxes was a success, so now the drywall hangers can close up the walls and begin the mudding and taping.  There is still some electrical work to be done with the overhead lighting in the bathrooms, kitchen, and office.  It is getting close though..

Once the drywall is up in the bathrooms, the plumbers will be able to get back in and begin their next phase which is to get the fixtures ready for install.

Can't say enough about these guys working here.  They are doing such a great job!  

10/16/23 - Our OLCC license was issued last week so we were able to take down our application notice that was hanging in our window.  We replaced it with some signage that talks about who and what we are.  

More plumbing was done in the last week. Looks like the main line is now connected and an access hatch created for the shut off valve.

The electrician was there getting the bar all wired up and the boxes for the televisions and signs were getting installed.  Quite a bit has been done since I was in last but there is still a ways to go.

10/11/23 - We have lights!  The overhead lights over the gaming area and bar are now all installed and power on.  It is pretty bright in there but once the dimmer switches are installed, we will be able to have just the right amount of light.  I talked to the electrician about the strategically placed outlets for the televisions and signs and he was going to begin working on installing the boxes over the next couple of days.

10/03/23 - The plumbers were back today and got the water connected from the main line. The area in the pictures below is where the hot water heater will be located.  

There was also some more progress on the electrical.  Still, just a lot of little things.  With as much power as we will be using, there is still a lot more to be done before it's all completed.
